Bella Thorne has discussed her mental health in an inspiring Instagram post for those struggling with similar issues.

The actress took to the social media site yesterday, admitting: ‘I’m up and down most of the time.’

The Babysitter star, believed to be dating YouTuber Tana Mongeau and rapper Mod Sun, has spoken about suffering from depression in the past.

Bella, who also stars in this month’s Assassination Nation, told fans: ‘I’m sad and confused about everything but yet so certain. I feel like my emotions are always all over the place and I can’t always contain them.

‘I always wonder if I’ll find ME or is the person im looking at in the mirror..is that me? Is that all I have? Just me?’

‘It’s not just me’

‘It’s not just me,’ she furthermore added, ‘it’s all of us. If you are having sad thoughts call the suicide hotline they won’t Judge you. They’ll listen.
[Bella’s new film] Conrad and michelle premieres tonight. The heart of this story for me, revolves around our constant depression in this day and age.’

Conrad & Michelle: If Words Could Kill is a TV movie starring Bella that aired on LIFETIME last night. It is fictionalized account of the suicide of teenager Conrad Roy in 2014.

She also added: ‘After you watch the movie look up the true story. We are ALL calling out in ways to be saved.’
