Do you enjoy getting into the nuts and bolts of a WordPress site, and you’ve got an eye for design and UX? Then the team at Gay Star News has an opportunity for you to help build engagement with our worldwide audience.
Here at Gay Star News we create content for the global LGBTI+ community, and our WordPress site for both desktop and mobile is one of our key platforms for publishing and distribution.
Some of the essential skills you will need to be proficient with are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. These will be integral to your main workload.
However, this role is multi-faceted and it would of great benefit to have a general knowledge of IT support, good people skills working closely with colleagues across the company, be able to manage expectations, and be able to produce project schedules with achievable deadlines.
This is a full-time position in our London office. The salary will depend on experience. Gay Star News is also open to supporting the successful candidate in seeking training courses.
