Brockwell Park in south London celebrating diversity and queerdom on Sunday
Now in its second year, the Mighty Hoopla festival took over Brockwell Park in south London yesterday (3 June) to celebrate diversity and queerdom.
Thousands of people turned out to see acts including The Spice Girls’ Melanie C, Belinda Carlisle, TLC, Lily Allen and more take over stages across the park on scorching summer day – and they dressed to express!
Filling social feeds on every platform were photos of people across the LGBTI spectrum and beyond in amazing outfits making those who couldn’t make it experience super FOMO.
We were there, as you can see from the first photo below, to celebrate with everyone. This morning, with a sore head, we went through Instagram to find some of our favorite shots from the festival so the world can see how Londoners like to party and celebrate everything queer and diverse in their city.
