Congratulations are in order for TV icon Ryan Murphy.
The creator of Glee and American Horror Story, is joining streaming giant Netflix.
The company made the announcement last night, with the New York Times reporting the deal to be worth $300 million (£416 million, €337 million).
Ryan’s company Ryan Murphy Productions last year scored another hit with Feud.
It starred Hollywood legends Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon as Hollywood legends Joan Crawford and Bette Davis, respectively.
His new shows for the service will be named Ratched and The Politician. He was previously with 21st Century Fox.

Murphy’s enthusiasm is plain to see in his official statement.
He commented: ‘The history of this moment is not lost on me. I am a gay kid from Indiana who moved to Hollywood in 1989 with $55 (€46, £39) dollars in savings in my pocket.
‘[…] So the fact that my dreams have crystallized and come true in such a major way is emotional and overwhelming to me.
‘I am awash in genuine appreciation for Ted Sarandos, Reed Hastings and Cindy Holland at Netflix for believing in me and the future of my company which will continue to champion women, minorities and LGBTQ heroes and heroines.’
He also said: ‘I am honored and grateful to continue my partnership with my friends and peers at Fox on our existing shows.’

Murphy’s work has won multiple Emmys and Golden Globes.
This year, he launched The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story – Season 2.
The show stars Glee actor Darren Criss and also Livin’ La Vida Loca singer Ricky Martin.
He first found fame with the hit show Nip/Tuck, about a plastic surgery center. It ran for six seasons, from 2003 to 2010.
Ryan also directed the 2010 movie adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert’s memoir Eat, Pray, Love. The film starred Julia Roberts.
