Written by gaytourism

Call Me By Your Name fans got a pretty sweet surprise in Italy recently.

Actors Armie Hammer and Timothée Chalamet, along with director Luca Guadagnino, returned to the Italian town where they shot the film, Crema.

The group held a screening of the film, which recently earned four Oscar nominations, at the local theater.

Hammer, who just rejoined Twitter, gave updates on the screening and night to come.

He also revealed his wife just learned how to dab.

Then, on Monday (29 January), he tweeted: ‘Grow up, Crema… see you at midnight.’

The tweet is a reference to a scene in Call Me By Your Name.

Then he added that people who bring ‘speakers and booze’ would get hugs.

When the time rolled around, the fans turned out in droves…

Let’s get the party started

Fans happily shared their selfies and dancing videos on social media.

Hammer and Chalamet eagerly danced, jumping up and down, with smiles plastered to their faces.

Hopefully this won’t be the end of the Call Me By Your Name party.

Guadagnino is already planning a sequel.
