The 2018 Winter Olympics have officially begun in PyeongChang, South Korea. Already one athlete has been standing out and winning over hearts: US figure skater Adam Rippon.
First he became the first openly gay US male to qualify for the Winter Games.
Then he contiued to make headlines — and fans — with his tough stances on both the White House and Vice President Mike Pence.
However, one of the biggest ways Rippon makes a splash is on Twitter.
Here are some of his wittiest and funniest tweets to make everyone fall mor ein love.

While you may not be SHOCKED that I am gay (surprise💁🏼♂️), I hope it helps a young girl or boy who doesn’t feel like they belong (like I once did) and lets them know it’s awesome to be yourself. You can do ANYTHING if you work hard.
