Adam Rippon is joining the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, according to reports – along with figure skating icon Tonya Harding.
A source told Us Weekly that the pair will compete on the show, as well as snowboarder Jamie Anderson.
Last month, Adam addressed the DWTS rumors directly, saying: ‘If the opportunity came up, I would love to do it.’ He added it ‘would be fun’ to compete on the hit talent show.
Just imagine him in the outfits!
Adam of course rose to international fame at the Winter Olympics in South Korea in March. He along with his US teammates won a bronze medal in the Figure Skating.
Here’s hoping he works with a male dance partner on the show…
Although she never won an Olympic medal, retired figure skater Tonya recently returned to the spotlight as the subject of an Oscar-winning biopic. I, Tonya, stars Margot Robbie in the titular role; Allison Janney won Best Supporting Actress for her role as Tonya’s mother.

Discussing his relationship with Finnish-born Jussi-Pekka Kajaala, Adam told People that the pair chatted online for seven months before becoming official, adding: ‘It’s fresh! I’m fresh!’
