Adam Rippon will join the cast of Will & Grace for his first scripted TV role, it’s been revealed.
The openly gay Olympian will appear in a cameo role in season 10, although exact details of his character are thus far unknown.
The news was confirmed in an NBC press release. Adam has already made an impact on TV, winning Dancing With the Stars this year.
He will also serve as a judge on Dancing With the Stars Juniors.

Openly gay actor Matt Bomer will meanwhile play a ‘smooth-talking, self-satisfied TV news anchor’ on the show.
Furthermore, Minnie Driver is returning to play Karen’s stepdaughter Lorraine Finster.
David Schwimmer and Chelsea Handler have already been announced as guest stars on the next season.
Will & Grace returned last year after originally bowing out after the eighth season in 2008. The comeback furthermore received positive reviews.
The 10th season will comprise of 18 episodes. An 11th season has already been commissioned.
