The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology is not allowed to limit the activities of an organization, even if it objects to the values of the LGBT community, the Haifa District Court ruled recently in a suit filed against the university by ultra-Orthodox nonprofit Choosing Family, which acts “to strengthen family values.”
