Celebrate LGBTQ Pride on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights this Sunday

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — LOVE, INCLUSIVITY AND ACCEPTANCE are the themes on Montague Street this Sunday, June 2, when the street will transform into a rainbow of entertainment and activities for “Celebrate Pride on Montague.” The event includes numerous activities for adults and kids, including making tie-dyed Pride bandanas at Brooklyn Cat Cafe, a gender-inclusive dance from the Brooklyn Irish Dance Company, a kids’ HYPE Pride dance party, “Siren Songs with Bouy the Mermaid Opera Singer” and “Mr. John’s Music Celebration of Queer Music,” Rainbow Selfies at a colorful stoop installation and numerous other events.

This Open Street’s event is sponsored by the Montague St. BID in partnership with the Brooklyn Heights Association and NYC DOT. More at montaguebid.com.
