Demi Lovato fans held a spontaneous concert in Atlantic City, New Jersey in lieu of a performance from the singer.

Lovato was scheduled to perform at the Atlantic City BeachFest Concert. Earlier this week, however, she was rushed to a hospital for an apparent drug overdose.

Though early reports indicated it was a heroin overdose, this was quickly debunked. Now, the Sorry Not Sorry singer is stable and set to re-enter rehab.

Her fans organized a meet-up on the boardwalk in honor of her. They brought supportive signs and also sang songs together.

This is a video of her fans singing the recent song Sober.

In song, Lovato suggested she broke her sobriety for the first time in six years.

There were also moments of joy among the fans.

It’s clear from the videos that there is a immense amount of love between Lovato’s fans, for themselves, each other, and the singer.

Sources told The Sun that Lovato is looking at leaving Los Angeles for rehab. The reason for this is to get away from ‘the wrong crowd’.

‘Demi will need several weeks of detox work and intense therapy,’ they added.

‘The focus now is to reconnect her to her sober network before she can even think about getting back to LA, where she ended up falling back in with the wrong crowd. For the foreseeable future, her music career is on the back burner. This has been a huge scare for everyone.’
