Did you spot the secret gay couple in Star Wars?

The internet can’t handle the revelation of a secret gay couple in the latest Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi.

Twitter user ikolism took to social media to explain: ‘Only male porgs have orange plumage around their eyes, and both snuggling porgs have those markings.

‘Gay porgs, folks. TLJ [The Last Jedi] is a gift that keeps on giving,’ they wrote.

Then they uploaded a gif from the movie of two male porgs nuzzling.

And it’s true.

According to Wookieepedia – the Star Wars version of Wikipedia: ‘Porgs were a species of non-sentient birds. They were stocky in nature, with two short wings, flat, beak-less faces, and two webbed feet.

‘Porgs were sexually dimorphic; males were slightly larger than females, and males also had orange plumage around the eyes,’ it reads.
