While in New York City, Lady Gaga stepped behind the counter of her father’s new restaurant.

Art Bird is an eatery specializing in chicken in Grand Central Station.

The singer donned a bright red shirt with the restaurant’s logo on it and helped serve customers of fried chicken and beer.

‘This is the spot for some family food,’ she said on Twitter. Meanwhile, on Instagram, she said the location has ‘killer fried chicken n’ more’.

People, naturally, are loving the singer’s actions.

Gaga’s father, Joe Germanotta, owns another restaurant in the city. Joanne Trattoria is an Italian restaurant in the Upper West Side.

Gaga and her father named both the restaurant and Gaga’s most recent album, Joanne, after her late aunt Joanne. She died of Lupus at a young age.

Fans flocked to see her and she did not disappointment, working behind the counter to make sure everyone got to try some of her dad’s delicious food.

Gaga will appear this fall in the new movie A Star Is Born with Bradley Cooper. There are already rumors about a possible awards run for her.

Earlier this year, she canceled her tour dates due to health reasons.
