Lance Bass says he feels ‘heartbroken’ and ‘used’ after making an unsuccessful bid on the mansion from TV show Brady Bunch.

The husband of Michael Turchin alleges that he was ‘used’ as a tool for the estate agent to drive up the price of the LA home.

The former NSYNC star said: ‘Im feeling heartbroken today. As many of you may have heard, we placed the winning bid on the iconic Brady Bunch house – at least that’s what we were told.’

‘This was a dream come true for me’

The Bye Bye Bye singer furthermore added: ‘This was a dream come true for me and I spent the night celebrating amongst friends, family, and fans alike.

‘The next day, due to “unforeseen circumstances” the same agent informed us that there’s another Corporate Buyer (Hollywood studio) who wants the house at any cost.’

You can read Lance’s allegations in full in his Instagram post below.

The news follows Lance tweeting on Saturday that his bid on the house had been accepted.

The home was listed by Douglas Elliman for $1.88 million (£146m, €1.64m), reports People.

Douglas Elliman and Lance have been approached by Gay Star News for comment.

‘Once we find that egg donor we’re ready to go’

Last month, the Lance and Douglas opened up about their surrogacy journey.

Speaking at the DailyMail.com & DailyMailTv’s Summer Party, 39-year-old Lance said: ‘We have the surrogate right now and we’re just looking for the egg donor. So once we find that egg donor we’re ready to go.’

Lance, whose band is known for hits such as Gone and Pop, married actor-artist Michael in 2014.

For Lance Bass, this political climate shows why Pride is more important than ever
