At the end of the day, she said it was ‘amazing’.
‘I had so many messages of support & the sun was shinging, and I just love New York,’ she continued. ‘So grateful for my life and all the people in it.’
today was so amazing. I had so many messages of support & the sun was shining, and I just love New York. So grateful for my life and all the people in it. And I can’t wait for my book tour.

Proud of you! Hopefully one day we’ll live in a world where this won’t be considered a plot twist.

Her older sister, singer Lorde, has long been an ally of the LGBTI community.
So who is Indy?
Beyond being the sister of a Grammy-winning artist, O’Connor is a creative mind in her own right.
Currently living in New York City, the teen published her debut book of poetry, Sticky Notes, earlier this year.
She’ll soon be going on book tour, as well as debuting a new podcast series.
Her mother was also a poet.
The book is described as sharing ‘her experiences with love, travel, and self-discovery in a shifting physical and emotional geography’. It has 4.7 stars on Goodreads.
