In what must be one of the most tumultuous relationships in modern memory, Tom and Abby from Queer Eye have just got married.
The couple appeared on the first episode of the rebooted TV series where five gay guys makeover the life of one man in hopes of either helping his career or relationships.
Tom Jackson was the first cab off the rank for the Netflix series and stole everyone’s hearts with his kind manner and enthusiasm to be made over.
His objective in the episode was to win back his ‘third ex-wife’ Abby Parr. Things seemed to go well after the episode shot in the 2017 summer.
Then Tom announced on Twitter that the pair had split up in September last year and proceeded to post multiple, heartbreaking photos of the pair.
But then in a twist no one was expecting, Tom revealed the couple were engaged and planned to get married again.
‘She will always be the love of my life. I will always love her more than anything!!!!!!!’ Tom wrote about Abby on Twitter.
Heading back down the aisle
Tom had hope the Queer Eye guys would plan their wedding and it could be made into a Netflix special.
Instead, the pair eloped in a small and traditional wedding in Tennessee.
‘I was excited and happy! I was marrying the love of my life’ Abby told Us Weekly.
‘Tom looked happy and excited as I walked down the aisle… Tom was grinning from ear to ear.’
Queer Eye’s Fab Five didn’t make the wedding, but Tom did wear a suit in the wedding that was tailored for him during the show.
