Troye Sivan and Ariana Grande have recorded a new track together, it has been confirmed.
Speaking on Twitter, Troye said: ‘Yes!!! The rumours are trumours!! @arianagrande is my pop queen and i can’t wait for you guys to hear our song.’
‘It sounds exactly like I dreamt it would.’
Speaking on BBC Radio One, Happy Little Pill singer Troye furthermore said: ‘This was not a planned announcement. But I’m so excited. It sounds exactly like I dreamt it would.’
Saying the song would appear on his upcoming album, the Australian star added: ‘Her and I are friends. She’s really fun. I said “would you ever sing on this song?” And she just did it.
‘My favourite thing is not telling people who it is, and then starting to play the song and as soon as she starts to sing, everyone’s like “are you serious?” Her voice is nuts.’

Elsewhere in the interview, Troye described the clip for new single My My My! as ‘really gay.’
He said: ‘The video is just me being as gay as I want. Leather waistcoat, strutting up and down, wind machine, all of it. It made me so happy.’
The sexy music video also features an appearance from gay porn star Justin Brody.
Troye, 22, released his debut album Blue Neighborhood to critical acclaim in 2015.
