YouTuber Tyler Oakley just revealed how he lost his virginity, exactly 10 years ago.
In a new video, the prominent gay YouTuber said: ‘On St Patrick’s Day, of course, we honor those we’ve lost like the patron saint of Ireland… but also, my virginity.’
Oakley reveals he lost his virginity to a boy he eventually started dating during his freshman year in college.
He said: ‘It was somebody that I knew and trusted.’

But he says if you want the full story, you’ll have to read his book. He then later adds: ‘The majority of the time… it does not go down how you think.
‘In my experience, the first time was not all that I wanted it to be cracked up to be. No offence to the guy that it happened with!’
He added: ‘We didn’t know what the fuck we were doing! It was drunk and sloppy and not at all what I expected.’
He then led the conversation into what the term virginity means. Tyler Oakley said it’s important to be with someone you trust.
‘The concept of losing your virginity – as if it’s something like, once you have sex, something it taken away – it boggles my mind because through life experiences, I only become a richer person,’ he said.
