YouTube sensation Michael Korte released a video earlier this week and it’s stunning everyone. The video stars dancer Anthony Burrell performing to Jussie Smollett’s new song Freedom.

The Empire star’s song pleads for love and acceptance within society.

Perhaps the most striking element of the performance is where it takes place: within a church.

‘I don’t care what they say’

Freedom is Smollet’s debut single. It will also appear on his first album, Sum of My Music, coming out next month.

The lyrics include: ‘It’s like freedom/When you’re with me/And I don’t care what they say/Cause I know who we are to each other/Yes I know who we are.’

The video features Burrell emotionally dancing within the pews of the church. Eventually, he ends up on the stage, and both his body and face evoke so many feelings.

Smollet’s original video for Freedom is a politically-charged celebration of love.

Previously, Korte was best known for his Hamilton and Beyoncé mashup.
