A lesbian who appeared on the television show Catfish accused one of the show’s hosts Nev Schulman of sexual misconduct last month.
And now an independent third party investigation has found the allegations to be ‘not credible and without merit’.
Schulman consistently denied all allegations.
Ayissha Morgan appeared on the show three years ago but posted two YouTube videos on 12 May under the title: ‘The TRUTH about the show’.
Although she doesn’t name Schulman in the videos, many believe he’s the pseudonym ‘Jack’.
They also believe the pseudonym ‘John’ references Catfish co-host Max Joseph.

In the video, she claims Schulman continually tried to get her to ‘reevaluate’ being a lesbian.
She also claims he hit on her and made her feel uncomfortable during several moments over the time they filmed together.
Morgan claims Schulman allegedly told her he has a ‘big dick’ and he would ‘tear your ass up’.
She says in the video: ‘The way you portray yourself on TV is totally different from the jackass you are in person.’
As soon as she released the video, Schulman denied all allegations.
MTV investigation
But now after an independent investigation, MTV say the allegations are ‘not credible’.
‘Although we never received a formal complaint, MTV and Critical Content immediately engaged an independent third party investigator,’ MTV said in a statement to Deadline. ‘The independent investigator found the allegations made in the YouTube videos to be not credible and without merit.
‘Given the results of the investigation, Catfish will resume filming.
‘We take these matters very seriously and are committed to providing a safe working environment,’ the statement read.

Nev Schulman also said in a statement: ‘The behavior described in this video did not happen and I’m fortunate that there are a number of former colleagues who were present during this time period who are willing to speak up with the truth.
‘I have always been transparent about my life and would always take responsibility for my actions – but these claims are false,’ he said.
As a result of this revelation, Morgan deleted her social media accounts, but left the YouTube videos up. She disabled the comments.
Schulman took to Twitter on Saturday (23 June) to comment on the situation.
He tweeted: ‘Appreciate the support from you and so many others. Excited to get back to work!’
