Amanda Lepore appears to have been photoshopped out of the new album cover of rapper Travis Scott.

The transsexual icon features in the original shot for the Astroworld cover by iconic celebrity photographer David LaChapelle.

Amanda has long been a muse of the openly gay artist.

However, she is curiously absent from the official artwork shared by the Goosebumps star on Instagram.

‘Too distracting for the eyes’

Commenting on the photo-sharing website, Amanda said: ‘It was great being part of @david_lachepelle s incredible photograph of @travisscott s albulm cover but I’m curious why I’m not on the picture @travisscott posted [sic].’

She furthermore continued: ‘A girl can’t help it! Too distracting for the eyes! Upstaged everyone in the photograph! Oh well……….. I love @david_lachapelle and @travisscott! Love and kisses.’

‘That’s not cute’

Meanwhile, RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 star Aquaria was quick to comment, saying: ‘HMMMMMM’, later adding: ‘Well you look fabulous.’

Trans activist Munroe Bergdorf also commented, saying: ‘Hmmmmm that’s not cute.’

Travis is of course the boyfriend of Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner. They couple also recently welcomed a baby daughter, Stormi.

Amanda declined to comment when approached by Gay Star News.

GSN has also approached a representative for Travis Scott for comment.

Amanda, meanwhile, has been an LGBTI icon for decades.

‘I respect RuPaul’

Speaking to Gay Star News earlier this year, Amanda addressed the debate about RuPaul’s comments about not allowing trans women on Drag Race.

‘Well, I respect RuPaul,’ Amanda responded. ‘And it’s her show, you know, so, you can do that. But I do think there should be a spin-off or something, [for] bio girls and trans girls.’

Amanda Lepore’s life in travel: ‘I’ve lived in the same hotel since the early 90s’
