A royal wedding guard who reportedly escorted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s horse-drawn carriage after their wedding has another job as a gay porn star.

Dan Broughton, who is a member of the Household Cavalry, is also known in the gay adult film world as Dirty Danny. The military guard has more than 64,000 followers on his Twitter account and has profiles on a number of porn websites, including EnglishLads.

His profile there describes him as ‘a total charmer’ from the north of England. ‘He’s flirtatious, completely versatile and has a bit of a thing for older guys and straight boys’, the profile reads.

On Twitter, the former Mr Gay UK describes himself as an ‘international commercial and erotica model’ who is also a member of the ‘British Military’.
According to US news and entertainment site RadarOnline, Broughton’s sexuality is no secret within the Royal enclave: ’It’s never been a secret that Broughton is gay’, the site claims. ‘In fact, he’s believed to be a pal of Harry, who “has even described Dan as his ‘GBF’ — gay best friend,” a royal insider noted’.

The Household Cavalry, one of the oldest and most senior regiments in the British Army. The battalion also serves as the Queen’s official bodyguard as well as carrying out ceremonial duties.
Broughton was crowned Mr Gay UK in 2007, when he was listed as a ‘Store manager’.
