Harry Styles knew nothing about the rainbow light display that went off at his O2 Arena concert in London last night.

The former One Direction star was performing at the iconic gig venue when fans’ phone lights suddenly changed color to create a massive rainbow pattern.

However, two fans named Ksenia and Luna have now come forward to take responsibility for the moment, which involved placing transparent pieces of paper over phone lights.

‘The whole preparation took us three months’

Saying the light display was part of the Rainbow London Project, the gig-goers told Metro: ‘In October 2017 we suggested we do a project for Harry during the London shows and we came up with an idea of creating a massive pride flag.

‘We counted how many seats there are in each row in each block so everyone would get a colour. I have personally done 14,000 of those small instructions with colours.

‘The whole preparation took us three months. Last night our small project team walked around the arena and gave the colours to the audience.’

They furthermore added that Harry had ‘no idea it was coming.’

The Sign of the Times singer commonly displays rainbow flags on stage at his concerts.

Earlier this year, he released a song that alluded to bisexuality.
