MGM Resorts International has reconfirmed their dedication to helping companies directed by LGBTQ+ people by providing a $25,000 gift to the Nevada Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (GLCCNV). At a Pride Month event held at MGM Grand’s Level Up, a donation was handed over in a ceremonial fashion. Jyoti Chopra, Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer at MGM Resorts, voiced his pride in being able to assist the Nevada Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce in achieving its goals of helping the LGBTQ+ community to gain prosperity through entrepreneurial ventures. MGM Resorts holds a dedicated stance towards diversity, equity and inclusion, and strives to promote these values both inside the company and within the different cities they work in. This donation to the GLCCNV, coupled with projects like its Supplier Diversity Program, reveals the staunch backing of the Organization for businesses owned by people of diverse backgrounds, making an atmosphere of tolerance and access.
