The latest Twitter meme craze began in Korea last weekend. K-pop enthusiasts began posting photos of their favourite singers looking their worst and best.
The photos were accompanied by the simple message: If you don’t love me at my [INSERT PHOTO OF SOMEONE LOOKING UNATTRACTIVE] then you don’t deserve me at my [INSERT PHOTO OF SOMEONE LOOKING THEIR BEST].
It’s a visual representation on the saying, ‘If you don’t love me at my worst then you don’t deserve me at my best.’
Now celebrities are getting in on the act. A posting by sexually fluid model Nyle DiMarco has had over 43,000 likes and 6,000 re-tweets.
We’re not entirely sure when the image on the left was taken, but we have to agree with DiMarco that he’s only improved with age!

A fan’s ‘If you don’t love me….’ meme of skiier Gus Kenworthy earned praise from the great man himself.

‘Omg I’m fucking dead,’ tweeted Kenworthy at the comparison, which showed a decidedly younger, baby-faced Kenworthy against a more hirsute version.

Similarly, a fan’s offering for Adam Rippon also got a thumbs up from the Olympian. The skater described it as ‘straight up Harry Houdini level glow up.’
