The news came on Tuesday, 7 August when creator Ryan Murphy Tweeted the following:
Guess who’s coming back for AHS APOCALYPSE? Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and….Stevie Nicks. So thrilled the family is together again! #AHSApocalypse

‘Guess who’s coming back for AHS APOCALYPSE? Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and….Stevie Nicks,’ Murphy wrote. ‘So thrilled the family is together again!’
The announcement of Nicks’s return comes shortly after it was revealed AHS favorite Jessica Lange will also be returning.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse is a crossover between season one, Murder House, and season three, Coven. Back in 2014, Nicks guest starred in Coven.
The cast of AHS: Apocalypse also includes Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Cody Fern, Emma Roberts, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, and Joan Collins.
