Brighton and Hove Pride have posted a support message from the Orange Is The New Black ladies.
Laverne Cox, Uzo Aduba and Danielle Brooks feature in the video.
They remind us to have a ‘loud and proud and out there Pride.’
Danielle also adds: ‘Party hard and party safe.’
Then she makes a comment that will tug at your heart strings.
‘Pour one out for Poussey’ is Danielle’s final comment.
The video then goes on to treat us with a montage of Netflix’s best LGBTI moments.
